The bag has a tag on the inside for Fine Arts Bag Co Inc Made in Hong Kong. there are a few dark stain marks on the cream colored fabric. Faux pearl beads are glued on. Gold toned metal frame with white and gold plastic inserts. Frame has some dark spots on the metal. 

Purse measures 9 inches wide by 6 inches tall with a 16 inch strap.
